Please notice our cancellation policy at the salon. We strive to service our guests in the best possible way, and have set this policy to ensure accurate availability in our reservation system.

48 hours before your visit to the salon we will call you to confirm the appointment. Upon confirmation we would require a 24hour notice to move or cancel an appointment. A fee of 50% of the service will be charged to your account if your appointment is moved or cancelled after the 24 hour peroiod. All salon guests who do not show for their appointment will be charged the full service fee.
All appointments must be confirmed via phone or email in order to remain reserved.
